The State Fair Risograph project had the goals of managing images in a digital environment, editing where needed to produce the best possible final image. As a group poster series, certain parts of the design were fixed, such as the contextual text and the punctuation/symbol fixed in the middle of the page.
I chose to focus on the message of how trash is handled at the State Fair, gathering images of trash and trash collectors. The final poster was printed on a risograph printer, which required the green and pink layers to be printed separately. This impacted the rigor of the file management, and provided rich color and texture results.
